• BXP, Inc. (NYSE: BXP) and Boston Properties Limited Partnership in connection with ten public debt offerings and several ATM programs, including ATMs with forward components 
• DiamondRock Hospitality Company (NYSE: DRH) in connection with its public follow-on offering of preferred stock and several ATM programs, including ATMs with forward components
• Easterly Government Properties (NYSE: DEA) in connection with its public follow-on offerings of common stock and several ATM programs, including ATMs and follow-on offerings with forward components
• The Macerich Company (NYSE: MAC) in connection with its public follow-on offering of common stock and several ATM programs
• Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO) in connection with several public follow-on offerings of common stock, several ATM programs, and several private placements of debt securities
• Magenta Therapeutics, Inc. in its initial public offering on Nasdaq, several public follow-on offerings of common stock, an ATM program and a PIPE transaction 

• IDRx in its $1.15 billion (upfront cash and milestones) sale to GSK
• BlueHalo in its $4.1 billion sale to AeroVironment
• CK Life Sciences Int’l in its $100 million sale to Dogwood Therapeutics
• Alkermes plc in its cross-border spin-off of its oncology business, Mural Oncology plc
