Jennifer (Jenni) Wilson is a senior associate in the Firm’s Employment practice within the Firm’s broader Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group.

Jenni represents employers across industries in all aspects of employment disputes in California state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative hearings. Jenni’s litigation practice is primarily comprised of representing employers in single-plaintiff claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as wage-and-hour class, collective and representative actions.

Jenni routinely counsels founders and high-level executives in various complex employee relations and compliance issues, such as reductions-in-force, worker classification, restrictive covenants, harassment, discrimination, reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence, and hiring and termination practices. Jenni has significant experience with personnel policy development and implementation, including drafting and advising on multi-state handbooks and new hire documents, executive employment agreements, and separation agreements. Jenni likewise conducts and advises companies on high-level internal investigations.

Jenni also supports deal teams across different legal practice areas, reviewing employment due diligence, negotiating purchase agreements and other employment-related ancillary deal documents and advising on employee transition matters.

Jenni is actively involved in the Firm’s law school and lateral associate recruiting efforts and enjoys mentoring law students and junior associates.

Professional Activities

Jenni formally serves as an Ambassador of the Firm’s Women of Color Collective group and an Attorney Liaison of the Firm’s Black Organization for Leadership and Development (“BOLD”). Jenni is also a member of the Firm’s 2025 SoCal Hiring Committee. Outside of the Firm, she is a member of the American Bar Association and frequently participates in University of Southern California, Gould School of Law (“USC Gould”) alumni programs.

Jenni maintains a robust pro bono practice. She frequently advises nonprofit organizations or individuals on various employment matters and participates in long-term projects and clinics with nonprofit organizations specializing in immigration law and housing rights.
