Lauren Zhang is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology and Life Sciences groups. Lauren represents clients across the life sciences and technology industries, which include public and private companies, investment banks, and investors. Her work extends to various stages of the corporate life cycle, including startup and company formation matters, venture capital financings, capital markets transactions, ongoing SEC compliance, and corporate governance matters. She joined Goodwin in 2021.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Lauren was an associate in the New York office of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.
While at Georgetown University Law Center, Lauren served as an Online Development Editor on the American Criminal Law Review. In addition, Lauren was a Law Intern at the Office of the New York State Attorney General and a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Florence Y. Pan at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
