Goodwin Advises Amylyx Pharmaceuticals on $575 Million Public Offering
The Life Sciences team advised Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Amylyx”) (Nasdaq: AMLX) on an upsized underwritten public offering of 16,203,500 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $35.50 per share, which included the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 2,113,500 shares. The gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $575.2 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. All of the shares were offered by Amylyx.
Leerink Partners, Morgan Stanley, Guggenheim Securities, and LifeSci Capital acted as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
