Goodwin will host the American Law Institute's annual conference on Securities and Shareholder Litigation on Tuesday, October 3, 2017. The full-day program will feature a high-level faculty that includes the head of the SEC’s New York City Regional Office, senior in-house lawyers at leading financial institutions, and premier plaintiff and defense lawyers. This must-attend program examines the latest developments in securities and shareholder litigation and government enforcement of the securities laws, including securities class actions, standing, statutes of limitations/repose, and jurisdictional issues, Delaware shareholder litigation, SEC and DOJ enforcement, and disclosure and offering-related issues.

Brian Pastuszenski, senior partner and co-chair of Goodwin's Securities Litigation + SEC Enforcement practice, is the conference's planning chair and a member of the speaker faculty. Daniel Roeser, a partner in Goodwin’s Securities Litigation & White Collar Defense group, will also be a featured speaker.
