Summary
PLI's Nuts and Bolts of Corporate Bankruptcy will consist of two days of panels focusing on the fundamental tenets of bankruptcy law. The program will feature a premier faculty of experts who will arm attendees with the practice tips and basic concepts every bankruptcy attorney needs. This course is geared towards attorneys who want to learn or re-learn how to counsel their clients on bankruptcy issues in the most effective manner. Goodwin's Michael Goldstein will be speaking on the panel, "Overview of the U.S. Bankruptcy System & Procedures."
