Goodwin Wins Financial Services Deal of the Year Award from M&A Advisor

The M&A Advisor recognized Goodwin Procter with its 2013 Financial Services Deal of the Year (over $200 million) award from for its work advising MphasiS Ltd. in its all-cash acquisition of Digital Risk.
