Goodwin’s Private Equity team advised Experienced Capital Partners on its acquisition of a 43% stake in Sessùn, a fashion and women’s accessories brand positioned in the affordable luxury segment. Sessùn generated nearly €20 million in sales in 2016 through a network of partners, retail stores and the company’s website.
Experienced Capital Partners is a private equity firm that focuses on retail and digital brands in the affordable luxury segment across all the following sectors: fashion, accessories, beauty, jewelry, household goods, children, food and technology.
