Intellectual Property Practice Named to World Trademark Review 1000 For Third Consecutive Year

Goodwin’s Intellectual Property practice was recently named to the World Trademark Review 1000 for the third year in a row, recognizing the firm’s teams in Massachusetts and New York and emphasizing their position as a global leader in the trademark industry.

Partners Robert Carroll and Ira Levy and counsel Jessica Rothstein were also recognized by the guide and by clients for their individual contributions in the intellectual property space.

World Trademark Review 1000 highlighted Goodwin’s “right balance between raw litigation talent and strategic business nous”, cited its ability to “confidently assist” clients and commended its Appellate practice for grappling with complex and advanced subjects in “highly sophisticated” suits before the Supreme Court.

Now in its 8th year, the World Trademark Review 1000 ranks firms and individuals that are “outstanding” in trademark law, and is exclusively focused on identifying recommended firms and practitioners in 70 key global jurisdictions.
