Technology Industry Leading Private Equity Lawyer David Johanson Joins Goodwin in Silicon Valley

Global 50 law firm Goodwin announced today that David Johanson has joined the firm’s Silicon Valley office as partner in the Private Equity and Technology Companies practices. Previously, Johanson was a partner at Fenwick & West LLP.

Johanson represents private equity sponsors, including buyout funds, growth equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds. He also represents the companies partnering with those sponsors in complex business transactions, and advises public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, business transactions and general corporate matters.

Johanson received his J.D. from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law and his B.A. from Northwestern University. He is admitted to practice in California and Illinois.
