The Hong Kong private equity team advised ePak Resources in its definitive agreement to be acquired by One Equity Partners. While financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed, management will continue to own a significant stake in the company.
One Equity Partners is a middle-market private equity firm focused on the industrial, healthcare and technology sectors in North America and Europe.
ePak is a full-service designer, manufacturer and supplier of precision engineered products and solutions for the automated transport and handling of semiconductor and electronic devices.
The Goodwin deal team was led by partners Yash Rana and Victor Chen and included partners Daniel Karelitz and Richard Matheny; and associate Eliza Reed.
