Goodwin’s Financial Industry team advised Segall Bryant & Hamill, LLC on the completion of its acquisition of the investment advisory business of Denver Investments, an independent investment advisory firm based in Denver, Colorado. The transaction combined the strong institutional and wealth management businesses and well-established mutual fund platforms of both firms, and Denver’s Westcore Funds became part of the SBH mutual fund family in the transaction. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
