The Hearst Corporation Welcomes ASU to Los Angeles Herald Examiner Building

The Real Estate Industry team advised The Hearst Corporation on its joint venture with The Georgetown Company and University Realty LLC (an affiliate of Arizona State University (ASU)) allowing ASU to occupy the vast majority of the Herald Examiner building in downtown Los Angeles. The 100,000 square foot building was previously owned by a joint venture between Hearst and New York City’s Georgetown Company. Lease terms and Arizona State’s ownership stake in the building were not disclosed.
