The annual award recognizes law firms that have excelled in the middle market, and takes into account the volume and significance of deals, firm growth, thought leadership and overall influence on the M&A industry.
Mergers & Acquisitions praised Goodwin for “sitting at the intersection of capital and innovation,” which requires legal advisors “fluent in both worlds.” It also noted how the firm has grown by “double digits across key financial metrics,” representing the “sixth consecutive year of record revenue and profits.”
