Real Estate Industry partner Mandee Gruen was recently named to New York Real Estate Journal’s 2019 Women in Real Estate list, which recognizes women specializing in the areas of real estate and professional services.
Gruen is a partner in the New York office, where she represents U.S. and international private investment funds, including real estate, private equity, infrastructure, debt and hedge funds, and their management companies in all aspects of their formation and ongoing operations. The publication noted her representation of Normandy Real Estate Management in the formation of a co-investor consortium to invest in a joint venture to acquire a nine-story, 1.2 million square foot loft-style office and historic New York City warehouse.
