Forbes recently released its first-ever list of America’s Top Corporate Law Firms, naming Goodwin one of the top corporate firms in the U.S. and recommending its Private Equity and Venture Capital practice areas. The list was based on extensive research that included surveying over 2,500 leading lawyers.
Forbes highlighted Goodwin’s recent financial growth under Chairman Emeritus David Hashmall, and referred to the firm as being “at the top in the tech and capital arena.” The publication also noted Goodwin’s representation of Moderna in its $604 million initial public offering and GTT Communications in its $2.3 billion acquisition of Interoute Communications.
