The Goodwin London Team advised one of the principal investors in its participation as part of a syndicate investing $500 million of new equity in Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited. This will allow Fidelis to broaden relationships with existing and new clients in the classes it already writes, as well as expand into new lines of business, allowing it to take advantage of the attractive and hardening rating environment.
Fidelis is a privately owned Bermuda based holding company which, through its subsidiaries in London, Dublin and Bermuda, is a global provider of specialty insurance and reinsurance products.
