The London Real Estate Industry team assisted Partners Group with its entry into a conditional agreement for the indirect acquisition of a portfolio of 11 class-A office properties in Poland from BUMA Group for over €200 million. Goodwin are also advising Partners Group on its agreement with REINO Partners in respect of the joint ownership and management of the portfolio. The properties are located in Kraków and Wrocław and have a total leasable area of approximately 125,000 sq m.
