The Technology M&A team advised Hawkins Point in its agreement to be acquired by Verista. The acquisition expands and improves Verista’s scope of services and capabilities, adding research and development and commercialization technology capabilities for large pharma, early-stage biotech and medical device companies, while broadening its geographic footprint to better support its clients’ growing needs. Hawkins Point’s 100+ employees will join Verista.
