Chu specializes in the technology, Internet, digital media and marketing, artificial intelligence, financial technology, consumer, e-commerce and hardware and software industries with all manner of M&A and complex transactions, both domestic and cross-border. He represents venture and private equity funds in connection with the acquisition of, and investment in, certain public and private portfolio companies, as well as banking clients in connection with their roles as financial advisor on M&A transactions.
Simons brings particular expertise to international and domestic M&A transactions in the gaming, cybersecurity, SAAS and advertising and marketing technology subsectors. She coaches boards and executive teams through successful M&A exits and helps companies grow their businesses and realize value through acquisition. She also advises venture funds and growth equity funds in a variety of investment transactions, including structuring and executing secondary sales and other private liquidity programs.
