Emmie Jones joins Goodwin’s Technology M&A team, where she will continue to advise founders, growth investors, private equity sponsors, and corporate venture capital providers. Her move comes after seven years at a previous firm, where deal mandates have included acting for Summit Partners on the sale of CluePoints SA to EQT, as well as Lanes Group and its shareholders on a significant investment from Global Infrastructure Partners.
