Expect Court Battles Over Tougher US Pay-for-Delay Scrutiny (Intellectual Asset Management)

Almost a decade after reverse-payment agreements were established to be potentially anticompetitive by the US Supreme Court, a new era of even tougher scrutiny of patent litigation settlements may be about to begin.
