Birbach is a partner in Goodwin’s IP Litigation group, where she focuses her practice on patent matters across a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, electrical devices, display systems, and software. Possessing significant trial experience, she has represented clients in numerous patent infringement lawsuits in federal courts nationwide as well as before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) in post-grant proceedings such as inter partes reviews (IPRs). Valenti is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice and a member of the Life Sciences Disputes group, focusing her practice on patent matters across a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, consumer products, and software. Valenti has represented clients in numerous patent infringement lawsuits in federal courts nationwide, including significant victories after trial and on appeal, and has extensive experience in arbitrations related to IP licensing and related commercial agreements. She has been recognized for excellence by The Legal 500 United States, Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under Hot List and Managing IP.
