Goodwin has launched an Employment practice in London with the hire of partner Alex Fisher, according to Law.com. Rob Hale, chair of the Employment practice, called extending the firm's employment practice into Europe an "important step." Since the start of the year, Goodwin has launched several new practices in the U.K. This has included the hire of partner Ariel White-Tsimikalis to launch a U.K. equity Capital Markets practice, and partner Sarah Jordan, who launched its Antitrust & Competition practice.
