Janet Andolina

Janet Andolina is a partner and leader of Goodwin’s Regulatory and Advisory group. She also serves as chair of Goodwin’s New York office and is a member of its Tax practice. Janet’s practice concentrates on representation of technology and life sciences companies and private equity sponsors. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, and general corporate, partnership, and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2007, Janet was a tax partner in the New York office of King & Spalding.
