Jennifer Bralower is a partner in Debt Finance and leader of Goodwin’s Capital Markets, Securities, and Finance group. She is a former member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of borrowers and lenders in connection with debt financing transactions, with particular focus on acquisition finance, syndicated credit facilities, and junior capital.
Experience
Jennifer advises private equity funds, senior and mezzanine lending institutions, and private and public borrowers in connection with a variety of debt financing arrangements. She has extensive experience structuring and negotiating syndicated revolving and term loans, asset-based facilities, second lien loans, mezzanine financings, bridge facilities, financial sponsor debt investments, and loan workouts and restructurings. Jennifer has represented clients in transactions ranging in size from several millions of dollars to billions of dollars.
Jennifer’s representative experience includes:
- Great Hill Partners in its acquisition of a controlling equity stake in Clearwave Parent, Inc. at an enterprise value of $300 million
