David Concannon is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology group. His practice focuses on representing technology companies throughout their entire life cycle, from formation to growth stages and exits, as well as representing venture capital investors. David’s work with clients includes formations, seed, venture, and private equity financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
David also maintains an active pro bono practice.
