The combined organization will span more than 55 clinics across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest, serving more than 500,000 pets. The merger brings together the companies’ complementary veterinary care platforms to expand access to trusted, technology-enabled care while supporting continued growth and innovation. Small Door co-founder and CEO, Florent Peyre, will lead the combined organization.
