Andrew Davis is a partner in the firm’s Technology group, based in London. Andrew’s primary focus is on advising technology and other IP rich companies, their investors and acquirers.  Andrew’s practice spans the entire corporate life cycle, including venture and growth capital financings, cross border acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, general corporate representation and corporate governance.

• Vertice – on its $25 million Series B fundraise co-led by 83North and Bessemer Venture Partners. Vertice is a London-based tech-enabled SaaS and cloud spend management company which is designed to help businesses reduce their annual software and cloud spend by 20-30% as well as streamlining the purchasing process
• Build A Rocket Boy – on an over $110 million Series D fundraising. Build A Rocket Boy is an independent game developer and publisher.
• Oxford Quantum Circuits – on its $100 million Series B financing, which is the UK’s largest ever Series B in quantum computing. OQC is a global leader in quantum compute-as-a-service (QCaaS)
• GoMetro – on its £9 million Series A financing round, led by Zenobē Energy. GoMetro is a South African technology company that operates in the fleet management space
