Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mrs. Funk worked for Hogan Lovells US LLP for ten years, and prior to that she worked as legal counsel for the Nassau County Department of Housing and Homeless Services, an administrative agency that received a sizable grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for homelessness prevention services. As part of her work, Mrs. Funk worked closely with HUD to develop and implement best practices for disbursement and administration of the grant, which are still in place presently.
Professional Activities
Mrs. Funk is a member of the Mortgage Foreclosure Task Force of the New York City Bar Association.
