Harrison Gunn is a patent litigator representing clients in complex disputes across the life sciences and technology sectors. His practice spans litigations before state and federal district courts, Federal Circuit appeals, post-grant Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings, International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 Investigations, and confidential arbitrations. Harrison has particular expertise advising pharmaceutical and electronics companies on high-stakes litigation strategy and multi-forum patent disputes. He is a contributor to the firm’s Big Molecule Watch and an editor of the firm’s PTAB Trial Tracker. In 2024, he completed a six-month rotation as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, where he brought five cases to trial (two jury trials, three bench trials), securing guilty verdicts in both jury trials and all but one bench trial, and argued numerous dispositive and evidentiary motions. Harrison also provides pro bono representation on immigration matters helping unaccompanied children obtain permanent resident status.
