Over these years, Martin has collaborated with numerous patent portfolio managers and inventors to develop both US and International patent strategies and drafted as well as prosecuted patent applications that implement the developed strategies. In addition, he has experience with assessing patents for investment purposes and/or non-infringement or validity purposes. As part of the Goodwin MedTech team, he looks forward to continue to apply his technological experience to the realm of medical devices.
