He also has considerable experience in all aspects of intellectual property and high-tech commercial litigation, including patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark and unfair competition matters.
Mr. Riley has advised notable emerging growth technology companies throughout his career, including Twilio, Hortonworks, RichRelevance, Sencha, Kixeye, Klout, Motif Investing, Okta, Rhapsody, Sifteo, Unwired Planet, Zendesk, TellApart, Informatica, Altor Networks, Atlassian, Banjo, Blue Jeans Networks, 4Info, Riverbed Technologies, OpenTable, Pure Digital Technologies, Eventbrite, Guidewire Software, Sling Media, Force10 Networks and IPWireless, among many others.
Mr. Riley is a member of the Intellectual Property Section of the California Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
