Devin Spencer

Devin Spencer is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity Group. Devin advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions (including acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and joint ventures), venture capital investors on domestic and international minority and growth equity investments, and each of the foregoing on general corporate and securities law matters. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Devin was an associate at Allen & Overy LLP.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2021, Mr. Spencer was a Corporate and Private Equity Associate at Allen & Overy LLP.
