Adam Thatcher is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences group. Mr. Thatcher advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on venture capital investments and exit transactions in the life sciences, healthcare and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Thatcher was a senior associate at Taylor Wessing LLP.
