The Technology team advised Lowercarbon Capital in the raising of $70 million by Fuse Energy, a London-based full-stack energy startup, bringing its valuation to $5 billion in its third year. Lowercarbon led the round with Balderton Capital. The funds will be used for international expansion and accelerating the launch of new products.
Lowercarbon Capital is a venture capital firm that backs climate technology companies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, remove carbon from the atmosphere, and accelerate solutions to the climate crisis.
The Goodwin deal team was led Adam Thatcher and Kerry Corrigan.
