ABA: Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts and Products Liability Litigation Committees’ Joint CLE Seminar

Joanne Gray, chair of the firm’s Products Liability + Mass Torts practice and co-chair of the firm’s Food and Healthy Living practice will be speaking at the American Bar Association's Joint CLE Seminar on Jan 28. Ms. Gray will be speaking on a FSMA hot topic: "Our Food at Risk: Strategies for Protecting the Nation’s Food Supply and Responding to Litigation Threats." This discussion will focus on the adulteration and bioterrorism threats that exist along the food chain, including related liability risks and strategies to mitigate harm.
