Goodwin Procter’s Technology Transactions Practice was honored in the second annual Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) 250 list of the World’s Largest Patent & Technology Licensing Lawyers.
IAM recognized the Goodwin team for offering “a winning combination of deep industry knowledge and practical legal expertise, as well as extensive experience and specialisation in licensing and technology transactions.” IAM also noted that the team is “imbued with entrepreneurial spirit” and “synonymous with expertise on the transactional side of intellectual property.”
Goodwin Procter partners Kingsley Taft and Jeffrey Klein were recognized by IAM as standout patent and technology licensing practitioners. Listed in both Massachusetts and New York, Taft was hailed for his “tremendous character, immense intelligence and outstanding sophistication of knowledge and thought.” On the New York list, Klein was lauded for his “wealth of experience representing technology companies at the top of the food chain,” and “a particular passion and his ability to help [early-stage] companies.”
Earlier this year, Goodwin Procter’s Patent Litigation Practice was honored in the inaugural IAM Patent Litigation 250 list of the World’s Leading Patent and Technology Licensing Practitioners.
