Elaine focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, with particular emphasis on patent litigation and licensing disputes, and has first-chaired numerous lawsuits and taken cases to trial in federal courts nationwide. She is a member of Goodwin’s Allocations Committee, previously served on the firm’s Executive Committee, and is the former head of Goodwin’s Litigation department in Boston.
