Goodwin Procter recently advised the underwriters, led by Goldman, Sachs & Co., in Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc.’s initial public offering. The offering of more than 21 million shares of common stock priced at $12.00 per share. Trading began on October 25 on Nasdaq under the symbol “EIGI.”
Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as joint bookrunners for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC, Jefferies LLC, Lazard Capital Markets LLC, and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as co-managers.
