Goodwin Procter has advised Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate plc on the £204.3 million acquisition of 111 Buckingham Palace Road, SW1 – the London headquarters of Telegraph Media Group – from Kish Holdings Limited, an entity managed and controlled by Green Property Ventures.
The 227,000 sq ft landmark, Grade A building is located over Victoria mainline railway station and the Victoria Plaza shopping centre in south-west London. Tenants in the fully occupied office building also include private equity group, Advent International; TV and internet content group, Scripps Network; and serviced offices operator, Regus.
Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate plc is a closed-ended collective investment fund that invests primarily in real estate and real estate loans in Europe. The fund is listed on the London Stock Exchange under ticker “KWE.”
