As co-chairs of Goodwin new Philadelphia office, Barbara Shander and Rachael Bushey have been tasked with both growing the office's reputation and expanding its roster of talent and client services. Shander and Bushey spoke with Law360 Pulse about their plans for the Philadelphia office. "When I started talking with Barbara about co-chairing the Philadelphia office, we really hit it off. That culture of collaboration will help drive the firm's growth in Philadelphia and in other areas of the firm. We are currently at a leadership retreat for Goodwin, and we are integrating our leadership styles for the office," said Bushey. Shander added, "this is a tremendous opportunity. There are a limited number of great firms that can provide the level of resources and services for clients.
