The Life Sciences team advised Kymera Therapeutics on the completion of its upsized underwritten public offering of 8,050,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $86.00 per share, which included the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 1,050,000 shares. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, were approximately $692.3 million.
