Goodwin advised the lenders on the financing of the add-on acquisition of FLEXX Fitness GmbH by BestFit Group, a portfolio company of NORD Holding.
With 120 studios and around 400,000 members, the BestFit Group is one of the most successful and fastest growing fitness groups in the German market. With the acquisition of all 9 locations of FLEXX Fitness, a further step in the expansion strategy of the BestFit Group has now been taken.
The Goodwin team consisted of Winfried M. Carli (Munich), Marius Garnatz (Frankfurt) and Jakob Lutzenberger (Munich) – all Finance/Private Equity.
