Goodwin has grown its private investment funds practice with the addition of a partner in California, the firm said Tuesday. Shandy Pinkowski has joined Goodwin's San Francisco office as a partner, Pinkowski confirmed to Law360 Pulse on Tuesday. "Goodwin is a market leading firm in the private investment space, but what separates Goodwin from its peers is its ability to provide consistent, exceptional client services without sacrificing its collaborative, team-focused culture," Pinkowski told Law360 Pulse in a Tuesday email. "As far as my role, I am committed to the Goodwin vision of continuing to expand its robust private investment funds practice, particularly on the West Coast. I look forward to being a meaningful part of that effort." In her practice, Pinkowski advises fund sponsors on the formation, structuring and operation of investment funds, including private equity, real estate, venture capital funds and more, Goodwin said.
