Goodwin Advises Red Queen Bio on its $15 Million Seed Financing Led by OpenAI

The Life Sciences team advised Red Queen Bio in connection with its spin out from HelixNano and $15 million seed financing round led by OpenAI. Red Queen Bio, a biosecurity-focused startup, will use the funding to advance its mission of developing AI-powered defenses against biological threats. The financing supports the company’s efforts to build safeguards against the misuse of artificial intelligence in the creation of bioweapons and other emerging bio-risks.
