The Paris Technology team advised Bpifrance in the €200 million Series E Financing of ICEYE, the world leader in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite systems.
The round was led by General Catalyst, Bpifrance through its Large Venture fund, and a large panel of European investors.
The funding will be used to accelerate ICEYE’s delivery of sovereign satellite systems and data intelligence services.
ICEYE is a Finnish company specializing in Earth observation and owns the largest synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite constellation. This capability allows ICEYE to provide continuous monitoring and objective, near real-time insights, day and night. ICEYE supplies essential data to public and private stakeholders in defense, insurance, disaster risk management, security, and maritime surveillance.
