On Tuesday, April 14, Goodwin announced the addition of Daniel Mencaroni as a partner in its Private Investment Funds group in New York, as the firm continues to expand its capabilities advising sponsors across the fund lifecycle. Mencaroni advises domestic and international private equity sponsors and investment managers on the structuring, formation, and operation of a wide range of investment vehicles, including buyout, growth, and sector-focused funds. He also counsels clients on co-investment vehicles, funds-of-funds, separately managed accounts, and general partner-led secondaries, as well as on carried interest structures, governance, and regulatory matters. His arrival follows last week's appointment of Andrew N. Goldman and Benjamin W. Loveland as partners in the firm's Financial Restructuring practice.
