Tom Henry to Join Goodwin as Co-Leader of Real Estate Industry Group in New York
Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Thomas Henry will join the firm as partner and co-leader of its Real Estate industry group. Bringing more than 27 years of experience representing some of the industry’s leading domestic and foreign real estate companies, funds, and institutional lenders and investors in their most complex strategic transactions, Tom will be based in Goodwin’s New York office.

Tom has led some of the country’s largest and most high-profile commercial real estate transactions in recent years, spanning public M&A, take-privates, portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings, and development transactions. He advises on the ownership, financing, and capital markets issues that arise in multifaceted deals, from equity investments and joint ventures to acquisition, mezzanine, and commercial mortgage-backed securities financings, as well as REIT matters, across every major asset class.
