Goodwin Advises La Caisse on Investment Supporting TPG’s $2 Billion Acquisition of ECHO Realty
The Real Estate team advised global investment group La Caisse in connection with the acquisition of ECHO Realty (ECHO), a full-service owner and operator of best-in-class grocery-anchored retail real estate, by TPG Real Estate (TPG) in a transaction valued at approximately $2 billion. La Caisse participated in the transaction alongside PSP Investments and Norges Bank Investment Management, with TPG serving as lead investor.
